It’s always a pleasure to get to know couples a few weeks or months before their big day on an engagement or pre-wedding shoot. It honestly makes such a difference to how relaxed they are in front of the camera on their wedding day!
It was such a lovely sunny late-afternoon when I met Andy and Gen for a stroll through Bramber Castle ruins in Steyning. They said how shy they were in front of the camera but as soon as we got chatting and taking photos, all their worries disappeared and they had a lovey time together along with Gen’s awesome daughter.
As a Shoreham wedding photographer, I always aim to ensure my couples are as relaxed and comfortable around me as possible. I love taking time to get to know them and find what makes them tick. This always makes for great, authentic photos where they are simply enjoying time together.
