Low resolution photographs on the web site and the blog are for demonstration of the photographer’s work only. We respectfully remind you that it is contrary to this Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically, electronically or by any other means any photograph without the express permission of Olivejoy Photography. Likewise, the photographs may not be in any way modified and no derivative work may be made from the images without the permission of Olivejoy Photography Photography.
All the information is correct at the time of being published on the web site. Olivejoy Photography retains the right to change any information on the web site without notice.
Photo shoot gift voucher purchase
When purchasing a photo shoot gift voucher or package you agree with the following terms and conditions.
Date and location are to be agreed with Olivejoy Photography. The voucher permits Olivejoy Photography for photographic services and/or products described in the voucher and relating to photographs created by Olivejoy Photography within Sussex (unless specifically arranged otherwise at a premium).
The Olivejoy Photography gift voucher will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded within 5 working days after the day of purchase. The voucher can only be used at Olivejoy Photography for photographic services and/or products described in the voucher and relating to photographs created by Olivejoy Photography. The voucher in non-refundable but can be transferred to any given persons, and the location retains . The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only original voucher code found on the back of the voucher is accepted. Damaged voucher may not be accepted. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers.

Baby or Family Photo shoot
A non-refundable booking fee of specified value may be paid in order to secure the date and time for a shoot. The remainder (total services and products price less booking fee) shall be paid any time before or on the day of the photo shoot. Additional photographic services or products shall be paid for in full at time of ordering.

Delivery Policy
Gift vouchers, prints and USBs will be sent using standard 1st Class Royal Recorded mail services. Other products, such as frames or photo books may be required to be collected or may be hand delivered due to the fragile nature of the products or value of their content. In this case, collection must be made by appointment.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you do need to postpone your baby, maternity, family or newborn photo shoot, ideally we require 3 days notice.
Olivejoy Photography will always try to accommodate changing schedules and will be happy to refund or postpone any shoot if cancelled or rescheduled within the notice period.
Because of bespoke and customized nature of our photographic products (prints, photo books, albums, frames etc), after the photographic product order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Return and Refunds Policy
Once the photographic products have been checked, collected and received, no returns will be accepted nor will any refunds be done by Olivejoy Photography.
In case of delivery of photographic products to the client by post, any complaints regarding an issue with photographic products such as manufacturer’s fault/defect, shall be sent to Olivejoy Photography in writing within 14 days of receipt of the products, along with the faulty photographic products. Olivejoy Photography will rectify the problem and endeavor to supply the photographic product to the client as soon as possible. After the 14 day receipt period no returns on photographic products will be accepted and no refunds will be made by Olivejoy Photography.
