There’s always something especially romantic about February weddings, but sometimes you can find yourself at the mercy of the elements! However, a few weeks back now, I was able to share in Scott and Louises’ special day – and the weather stayed calm throughout the whole day. The crisp, almost Spring like, day showcased just some of the awesome Field Place settings and scenery that surrounded this amazing couple.
Both Scott and Louise’s fun and friendly personalities shone through the entire day. It was such a privilege to be asked to capture their marriage and be a part of their infectious joy that quickly spread throughout their guests.
Maybe it was best illustrated by Scott’s ‘being pulled away from the car’ idea, which was a fantastically funny scene to create and capture for them. Either that or Louise’s super-classy denim jacket with her new married name on the back. The day was filled with memorable moments just like these, and I loved every second of it – nearly as much as they clearly did. Congratulations to such a beautiful couple and thank-you for having me at your special celebration.

It’s such an incredible privilege to photograph weddings at this gorgeous venue. It’s an honour to have also been used in the advertising materials and promotional adverts that are being used to promote such a prestigious and award-winning venue. I can highly recommend it as a fantastic venue for weddings on the South Coast. It’s no surprise it won the 2020 Wedding Industry Award as best in the country.
