Summer…how I love your long evenings and the almost guarantee of that golden light that makes me smile from the inside out.
Lydia and Michael’s engagement shoot was photographed on one of those perfect evenings with warm breeze, long shadows and golden sunshine.
They had chosen Tilgate Park in Crawley for their engagement session and it provided the perfect backdrop with some beautiful variations with the lake and woodland. The atmosphere was relaxed and they were full of excitement for their wedding in Shoreham six months away.
We chatted about how they met and feel in love and walked down to the lake before heading into the setting sunlight through some forest trees. We ended up at the top of a hill which had a lovely view over the Sussex countryside and they watched the sun set together.
